How do I create an account?

Download the Giftpik app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and tap "Sign Up" to create a new account using your email address.

How do I add a contact?

Go to the Contacts tab and tap the "+" button. Enter the contact's name, birthday, and any other information you'd like to track. You can also add a photo from your camera or photo library.

How do I save gift ideas?

From the Gifts tab, tap the "+" button to add a new gift idea. You can add a description, price, link, notes, and photos. Link the gift to a specific contact to keep everything organized.

How do reminders work?

Giftpik automatically sends you push notifications for upcoming birthdays and special occasions. You'll receive reminders in advance so you have time to prepare. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.

What's included in the Premium subscription?

Premium subscribers get unlimited contacts, unlimited gift ideas, photo attachments, cloud sync across devices, and priority customer support. Free users have limited storage.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Open Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → Giftpik → Cancel Subscription

Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Giftpik → Cancel Subscription

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests must be made through the App Store or Google Play Store, as they process all payments. We cannot issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple or Google support for refund requests.

Is my data secure?

Yes! All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. We never share or sell your personal data. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I access my data on multiple devices?

Yes! Premium subscribers can access their data across multiple devices. Just sign in with the same account on each device, and your data will automatically sync.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data. This action cannot be undone.

How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export Data. You'll receive a downloadable file with all your contacts and gift ideas. This feature is available to all users.

The app is crashing. What should I do?

Try these steps:

  1. Force close the app and reopen it
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check for app updates in the App Store or Google Play Store
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app (your data is saved in the cloud)

If the problem persists, contact us at support@giftpik.app with details about your device and the issue.

I'm not receiving notifications. What's wrong?

Check these settings:

  1. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings for Giftpik
  2. In the app, go to Settings → Notifications and verify notification preferences
  3. Ensure "Do Not Disturb" is not enabled on your device
  4. Try logging out and back in

Can I share my gift lists with others?

Currently, Giftpik is designed for personal use. Sharing features may be added in future updates. If you'd like this feature, let us know at support@giftpik.app!

Which platforms does Giftpik support?

Giftpik is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. We require iOS 13.0 or later, and Android 6.0 or later.

How can I request a new feature?

We love hearing from our users! Send your feature requests to support@giftpik.app. We review all suggestions and prioritize based on user demand.

Is there a web version of Giftpik?

Currently, Giftpik is only available as a mobile app for iOS and Android. A web version may be available in the future.

Account Deletion Request

To request account deletion, you can either:

  • Delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account
  • Visit our Account Deletion page
  • Email us at privacy@giftpik.app with your account email address

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Data Access Request

To request a copy of your personal data, email privacy@giftpik.app. We will provide your data in a portable format within 30 days.
